Full front and full back prints are usually around 11 inches in width. Left/right chest prints are normally around 3.5 inches in width. Of course, the size can be adjusted to any size you prefer. Please keep in mind that jumbo prints may be subjected to additional costs.
All Files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are EPS, AI, and PDF. Other files accepted but will have to be converted to vector are PNG and JPG. Design should be sized to print. If a file needs to be converted into vector there there are additional costs. NOTE: If an image is saved as a PDF it is not considered to be in vector. The image has to be converted to a vector using vector design software.
Normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days and starts at the time payment is received and artwork is approved by the customer. Designs that are more complex or need finishing touches such as tags may take longer. If you need your items sooner please let us know. Ask us about rushing your order.
The minimum order is 24 shirts per design when screen-printing. There are different minimums for embroidery, heat transfers, direct-to-garment and merchandise. Please contact us if you have any questions on minimums.
Yes, you can have a mixture of different colored shirts and styles. If you change the type of material (e.g. from cotton to polyester) there may be an ink change charge. Cotton uses a different ink than polyester.
